The project has been running in closed cooperation with WWF EFN, Rufford Small Grant foundation U.K and local government agencies. Under the project there has been conducted various activities over the country such as ecotourism development, Snow leopard conservation, red panda conservation,  community forest development, NTFPs promotion, resource based enterprises development, integrated agriculture farming and name a few.
